What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your timepiece under normal use and conditions for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, abuse, or misuse including drops, impacts, and excessive force.
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear such as scratches, scuffs, or finish fading.
  • Water damage if the watch was not worn or maintained per manufacturer's water resistance guidelines.
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party service.
  • Consequential or incidental damages including loss of use or income.
  • Batteries, unless failure is directly related to a manufacturing defect under warranty.

Warranty Service Process

To initiate a warranty claim, contact our service team at 929-602-3676 or noirtimegroupnyc@gmail.com. You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for safely returning your watch to our Diamond District service center.

Our Responsibilities

For valid warranty claims, Noir Time Group will repair or replace the defective timepiece with a comparable model at our discretion. We cover return shipping costs for the repaired or replaced watch.

Important Notes

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser from Noir Time Group.
  • Proof of purchase (original invoice/receipt) is required for all claims.
  • Noir Time Group reserves the right to modify warranty terms at any time.
