• Condition: Unworn, original condition with all packaging, accessories, box, papers, and documentation.
• Required: Unpacking video mandatory for all returns claiming incorrect, damaged, or missing items.
• Exclusions: Special orders, custom pieces, engraved watches, sourced timepieces, and final sale items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Repack securely in original packaging with all accessories included.
3. Attach unpacking video if claiming damage/incorrect item.
4. Ship via insured carrier (FedEx/UPS recommended)—customer pays return shipping.

Refund Policy

• Processing: Refunds issued within 5-7 business days after inspection.
• Restocking Fee: 5% restocking fee applies to all returns/exchanges.
• Shipping: Original shipping costs non-refundable.
